Capitalis was founded on the belief that property finance should be transparent, accessible and genuinely tailored. Too often, borrowers are forced into off-the-shelf products that don't reflect how modern property deals actually work.

We operate as an independent, whole-of-market brokerage — specialising in bridging, commercial, development, buy-to-let and second-charge mortgages. Our advisors have structured finance across residential, mixed-use, HMO, semi-commercial and development projects throughout the UK.
