Capitalis Commercial Funding (“Capitalis”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a UK mortgage and commercial finance brokerage. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website and during the course of arranging finance on your behalf.

Where required to assess affordability or verify identity, we may also receive credit reference, fraud-prevention and Know-Your-Customer information from third-party agencies.

We retain personal data for as long as we have an active relationship with you and thereafter for the period required by FCA rules and tax law — typically a minimum of six years from the end of our engagement.
